這首歌由鄧紫棋親自作詞作曲，不管是旋律還是歌詞都很容易產生共鳴的一首歌。
把一段感情故事寫進歌詞和旋律中，記錄了那段時期的心境。描述那段沒有結局的感情，分手後就算時隔許久才與舊情人再相見，兩個人的問候也換了意義。

旋律的帶入感真的太強烈，甚至在沒有歌詞的催化下，寫著文案的現在也都感受到音符間為了讓對方安心離開，必須要成熟的那種感覺。
冬天並不可怕，可怕的是曾知道夏天是什麼樣子，現在所有的黑暗都是因為曾遇見那個太陽。
